There were several dishes not usually found at a breakfast buffet, but we all started off with fresh fruit. While we stood in line at the omelet station, I sampled a delicious pulled pork and egg burrito. I subsequently filled my ample belly with strips of bacon, breakfast potatoes and a pair of mini quiches, mushroom and spinach. These quiches were more the consistency of scrambled eggs and were totally devoid of flavor. I concluded my meal with a pair of cookies. Overall the food was very fresh and good.
