This proper tapas venue arrives thanks to a couple of refugees from Mon Ami Gabi: Ramon Triay and Chef John Simmons. Buzzing on the weekends and more manageable and quiet on weeknights, Firefly serves up a variety of classic and new-school shared plates. Good dishes include croquettes, a tortilla Epanola with kick of heat, merguez, a spicy, Moroccan-style lamb sausage and chorizo clams served with a toasted bread for dunking. Sangria and mojitos come by the pitcher, and don't miss the Manchego mac 'n' cheese. It's borderline life-changing.
