Imagine sexy models parading down a catwalk. Now imagine them doing it while wearing practically nothing. It’s not a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show; it’s The Girls of Glitter Gulch. GGG features a long runway stage with three poles where skin is always in fashion. Centerfolds and porn stars frequent this club where you can catch feature acts like Goldie Star. Downtown’s only strip club recently underwent a $3.5 million dollar renovation making it a favorite destination for the Freemont Street crowd. The Vegas Vickie neon cowgirl out front gives the place an air of old-school Vegas charm and you gotta love that.

BEWARE, the women of glitter gulch are imho, 'women of ill repute' . Meaning, I was pickpocketed by pro's. Wallet was in front pocket of slacks and the security/management told me to "f**k off" and the police told me "it was a pissing contest, and we're not interested" so, if you love traveling with no ID or $ in a post-911 world, visit the historic fremont street, and more specifically the women of Glitter Gulch.

It's not like that anymore. I work there and have seen many of the girls involved in this scam suspended or let go. Please revisit you will be glad you did.

A blast! My husband and I visited in Oct 2009 and had a great time! The ladies were all lovely and friendly. You could admire and chat if that is all you wanted to do. No high pressure. We opted for lapdances and we are both very glad we did! Thanks Brandilyn for a great night! Booty shake! Kim & Steve

So my friends and I were there last night, I had a good time. Met two really nice young ladies there from NYC and London. I did receive a nice dance from both of them. But unfortunately my friends wanted to leave a lot earlier than expected. I hope I can revisit the two nice young ladies that I met there before the end of News Year Eve. Overall had a really good time since I normally do not go out like often.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
My friends and I were in town for a convention and we were immediately escorted to private couches. My dancer told me that it was $100 for 3 songs, $200 for 20 minutes, and $300 for a 1/2 hour.
I stated I only wanted a 3 song package. So we went in and she danced for a total of 5 minutes and then talked to the other girls in the room for the other few minutes. Not worth anything!
Then when I went to use the ATM, my card that I had been using for the entire week magically did not WORK. So they had to run it for 22% FEE. Yes, 22%! Then when they came back to a charge of $308.00, I found out that I was charged for a 20 minute show, tips, and a fee to have a lady run my card. Which she ran before giving me the total amount.
I then had bouncers standing behind me ready to pound on me if I did not pay. WHAT A JOKE!
Then the manager said he would love to help me out, but would get in trouble from his boss (The owner). So now I have a forced signature on a sales slip and not much recourse from my bank.
So unless you want to be taken by the MOB, DO NOT GO HERE! Ricks or the HUSTLER Club would be a much better choice for you.

If you want to save a few dollars, get there before 8:00 PM Vegas time. If you go on Friday or Saturday night, expect the club to be very crowded. They don't serve frozen drinks or dark beer. There is also no food served at this place, but there is a TV.
After the waitress brings you your drink, she might ask for a high tip. That's happened to me a few times when I've gone to that place. So watch out for that.
Usually the more ugly women will come up to you pretty quickly as you enter, trying to get you to buy a lap dance from them. If you want a lap dance from a good looking one, you usually sometimes have to approach them.
I'd leave sunglasses, baseball caps, rings, etc, etc...at your hotel room. Or if you do bring your stuff in there...don't set them down anywhere. Keep em' on you.
I wouldn't go into the V.I.P. room for a 35 dollar lap dance. Tell them you want a dance on the left side of the main area which is a service they do offer for 25 dollars. Not many of them tell you about it though. The time of the lap dance in either area is also exactly the same.
You also have more privacy by getting your dance at a booth. Sure, you're getting a lap dance out in the public, but in the V.I.P. room, you have other guys not sitting far from you. When I got dances out in the open, there was no one sitting next to me or near me. I felt more alone there then in the V.I.P. room which is also ultra dark, so you can barely see. If you go on a Friday or Saturday night, you will have a lot of guys around you regardless of rather you're in the V.I.P. room or the booth.
You can either pay for your dance with cash, or there's this other service called "stripper dollars", but basically they have this little set up in the club where you give them your credit or debut card and tell them how much stripper dollars you want, they give it to you, then your card gets charged for it. Those are the only two ways I know how you can pay.
They also have an ATM machine there if you want to get more cash...but why would you wanna do that? That should be called the suckers machine. Like I said, it's important to be prepared BEFORE you go. So I wouldn't even go near that machine. There's a big fee to use it. There are also no other services available other then lap dances or watching the girls dance on the stage.
There's an older African-American man named John who looks a lot like James Brown that is the bathroom attendant. He's a very nice man, but he is a bit of a talker. But he does have some GREAT stories. He also has an assortment of breath mints and cologne for you to sample too, as well as other little goodies. Free, but it'd be a good idea to tip if you use em'.
The Glitter Gulch is no different then the games at the casinos....you're pretty much taking a big gamble by going there. You could have fun or you may not.

This place is a total scam. My wife and I had two dancers drag us off to a booth (in hindsight this was after they noticed my wife's $20,000 ring), dance for us for three songs, then tell us it was $35 each for 3 songs. Overpriced, but fine, except then they told us they had given us 9 dances even though we weren't in the booth more than 10-15 minutes.
They then teamed up to try and keep my wife and I away from each other so we couldn't communicate and wouldn't let us leave without paying. They overcharge you 20% to use credit card to deter chargebacks, and take all of your information including a scam of your thumb print (pretty obvious this is over-excessive to see through their scam). The management said there was nothing they could do about it. Another couple had the same problem while we were there. Basically, when you enter this place you are agreeing to be harassed, over-charged, and scammed. We negotiated down our price, paid and got out of there, now I'm just hoping they don't overcharge us more or have other scams going based on having so much of your personal information.
It doesn't help either that these two girls weren't even attractive, and the other girls in the venue weren't any better. One was drunk and falling down all over the place. Another dancer was over 180lbs, and the only other dancer we saw looked like a horse.
Lastly, I suggest you not believe anything the 'management' say in their comments responding to reviews online, they are trying to mitigate the reviews so they can continue to scam people. Find a different place to go - this place is likely to ruin your vegas vacation, especially if you go with your wife!
