Grind Burger Bar & Lounge specializes in fully-customizable, outrageously appetizing, juicy burgers using hand-pressed meats and fresh, quality ingredients. In addition to premium cuts of fresh ground chuck, Grind offers hand-pressed turkey and meatless burgers, fresh chicken breast, three varieties of freshly-baked buns, premium cheeses, 20 premium toppings including grilled asparagus, fried egg and Sicilian olive salad, and 20 homemade specialty sauces that range from wasabi mayonnaise and San Marzano tomato salsa to cayenne pepper ranch dressing.
