Looking for a quick getaway to Cuba? The Havana Grill will provide the trip for your spirit and your taste buds. The restaurant features authentic dishes, daiquires, mojitos and papayuas — and the music and culture of Cuba. Chef Sergio Perez, a Havana native, has more than 15 years of experience creating traditional dishes his mother used to make in his homeland. The menu features ropa vieja, paella, tender sirloin steak, the famous Cuban sandwich, slow-roasted juicy pork, the traditional fried cow, shrimp enchilada and rice and chicken. All meals are accompanied by white rice and black beans, or colorados. Perez opened Havana Grill's sister restaurant, Florida Cafe, more than a decade ago on the Las Vegas Strip. The Havana Grill features a Latin Tropical Party every Saturday night after 10 p.m. Happy hour (two for one full bar and half-price appetizers) is Tuesday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
