The New Orleans tradition of the crawfish boil has made the trip to Vegas.

For those uninitiated in how to properly eat the little buggers, a quick primer: Twist the head off from the tail. Remove the first segment of shell off the tail end (the end that used to be attached to the head) to expose a bit of the meat. Place the exposed flesh between your teeth, pinch the tail and pull gently; the tail should slip right out, leaving nothing but shell behind. The head that you ripped off that little body? Suck the juice out of the head. That’s right. Suck it.

Hot n’ Juicy crawfish might not exactly be a first-date meal, but for a no muss, no fuss meal of fresh shellfish and cold beer this restaurant can't be beat.

Saw a clip on Man vs Food and immediately wanted to check this place out. I'm from Hawaii and I love seafood but crawfish isn't readily available and it is one of my favorites. I was not disappointed. It was everything I expected. Face Booked pics and comments and everyone wanted to know how to get there. I'll be making it a regular for all of my future trips to Las Vegas.

I agree! This place is the place to go if your in the mood for finger food, a spicy time, and lots of good seafood. I have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. I was even there, when they filmed Man vs Food! woohooo!

ARE YOU JOKING? Thanks to that damn TV show and that fat pig host, locals cant barely even get in there without a huge fuss! Too many people and the place is too small to handle them all!

whats one of the biggest rules of Vegas? DONT BURN THE LOCALS.

Man vs Food unfortunatley wound up doing just that by promoting the place. No more peaceful meals at Hot n Juicy...Now you REALLy gotta sit in a barn with a bunch of animals to enjoy!
