This new concept of Baja cuisine is just what the Summerlin area needed. Fresh fish, vegetables, dishes not slathered in fatty cheddar cheese allows the feeling of healthy eating and experiencing the flavors of going to Puerta Vallarta. In particular, I enjoyed the outside patio where I ate at the Tacos Urbanos bar. The inside decor was a casual but colorful flavor and different from the usual restaurant franchise decor. I liked that there were things on the menu that were not necessarily MX flavor - like the pizzas and sandwiches. Look forward to going back and trying more of the interesting dishes.
