Las Vegas’ first bona fide Turkish restaurant is a grandly elegant, upscale establishment, and the food from Chef Selmin Takmakli is unforgettable, from her imam bayildi, sauteed baby eggplant, manti, beef-filled dumplings, or sigara borek, fried pastry cigars filled with aged Gruyere. Wonderful desserts, too.
