Visually impressive, Chef Richard Sandoval creates Nevada's most inventive, authentic new Mexican cuisine, wtih good quality, imagination, and fun. Guacamole cart is gimmicky but appealing, the food--like nouvelle seafood tostada--is creative, and desserts are a mouthful.
