Jean Philippe Maury is the unquestioned star of the Vegas pastry scene, designated one of the youngest Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman) ever and captain of the championship-winning US Pastry Team. Now you can eat his croissants, muffins, granola, panini, crepes, chocolates, candies, and gelati at his own shop, but first, you'll have to get in line. You can also see the world's largest chocolate fountain, a floor-to-ceiling free-standing glass-enclosed fountain that has been certified by Guinness World Records.
