Kilroy’s is sort of a local legend for burgers, and indeed, the restaurant and it's sister location have legions of fans. It's hard not to like this place. It has a nice, relaxed feel and lots of good beers, and the burgers are half-pounders cooked to order, just the way you like them. First among equals here, is the patty melt, a burger topped with onions and Swiss cheese on rye bread that is grilled in butter. One of dozens of burger choices here, it's delicious, served with a choice of sloppy baked beans or blandoid coleslaw.
