The Level 8 Pool, is located outdoors on the eighth floor of the Stratosphere, featuring a 67,000-square-foot deck, hot tub, poolside cafe and bar. The cafe and bar combine casual open-air dining and drinking with beautiful views of the city. Menu items include burgers, hot dogs, salads and drinks, served poolside. The cafe also features plasma TVs. The cafe and bar is open during warm weather from mid morning to late evening.
Stratosphere executive chef Rick Giffen is innovative with his menu offering, which include popcorn cilantro rock shrimp and chili lime chicken wings. See the Las Vegas Weekly's review.
