The place is encrusted in New York flair, framed photos (De Niro, et. al), Sopranos posters, arty bridge pics, the waitress’ pitch-perfect accent. The sauce is rambunctious, the cooks pack a ton of chewiness into their thin crust and slices come carpeted in toppings. Is this how authentic New York pizza tastes? Who cares?
