Mastrioni’s features fresh seafood and Italian cuisine. It's the only Italian restaurant in Las Vegas located in Summerlin that offers a vast selection fresh fish. Selections include Swordfish, Wild Alaskan Salmon and Halibut and Tilapia prepared with a variety of delectable sauces either broiled or sauteed. Mouth-watering steamed clams or mussels served in a red or white sauce or a hot steaming bowl of Cioppino or Boullibasse are sure to excite the palate. Traditional favorites like Eggplant Parmigiana, Veal Parmigiana, Baked Ziti, Spaghetti with Meatballs are all time favorites.
Fine local art is featured for sale for a time period until a new art showing is displayed. The changing art makes for a new look in the restaurant all the time.
