This ambitious project has a pastry counter, chocolates, jams and sauces in a retail section and a sit-down restaurant, the brainchild of New York pastry chef Francois Payard. The continental breakfast buffet is a great deal, as is the exotic, three-course dessert tasting.

The kitchen is open for breakfast and lunch from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The dessert counter opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m.
