Founded in 1884, P.J. Clarke’s is a New York institution with Las Vegas as its first West coast location. This has always been a men’s bar that women like to go to. A saloon with a rich history and known for its classic hard liquor cocktails – you won’t find a kiwi martini here. P.J. Clarke’s has been known for decades for its ambiance and the high quality of the food served simply. Dishes will include P.J. Clarke’s famous hamburger, Meyer prime steaks, Patrick Joseph Clarke’s fully loaded chili, Maine lobster roll, East Coast oysters, fish and chips, Maryland jumbo lump crab cake and baked macaroni and cheese with peas and bacon.
