I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

My wife and I went to RARE on Friday night; the restaurant was busy however we were seated quickly. We started with the Falafel & Hummus which was delicious and plentiful along with a few cocktails while we decided what we were going to eat and what wine to have with dinner. I have to say the falafel was some of the best I've had in all of Las Vegas. We decided to skip the salad and head straight to the main course. My wife had the Rainbow Trout which she said was delicious and cooked perfectly maintaining moisture and the perfect texture. I had the Bone-In Rib Eye which was seasoned nicely and cooked to a perfect medium temperature along with some spinach and scalloped potatoes. The portions were generous and the food quality was top notch and expertly prepared. To drink we had a nice Cabernet which was very reasonably priced as I've seen the same bottle at other restaurants for almost twice what we paid. For dessert we split the crepes which were delectable and that's coming from someone who is not a dessert fan. Overall the services was excellent and the staff friendly. After dinner we finished our wine in their bar/lounge area and enjoyed some live music. Overall a great experience at RARE and we look forward to making it an addition to our off the strip Las Vegas fine dining.
