RM is short for Rick Moonen, a transplanted New Yorker who has quickly become the master of all creatures from the sea, championing sustainable seafood. Try barramundi from Australia or herb-crusted Dover sole done on a Dungeness crab brandade. Also makes the best clam chowder in town at his casual restaurant just downstairs.

Open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., dinner from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
