Calling itself Las Vegas' "ultra-dive bar," the Rockhouse (formerly at the Imperial Palace/now Quad) blends an edgy vibe with the glamor of Sin City. The party-goers' playground features lighting and sound with the best DJs in Las Vegas blending upbeat rock, hip-hop and dance music. The main bar and the walk-up daiquiri bar feature two-for-one specials in a prime center-Strip location. Patrons can drink from custom 80-ounce novelty guitar-shaped containers while sports enthusiasts can sit back and watch a game on any of the 80 HDTVs. Several tables are available for beer pong and the bar hosts regular tournaments throughout the year. The 9,000-square-foot space also features a mechanical bull. The Rockhouse is open at 11 a.m. Monday through Thursday and generally closes around 2 a.m. It opens at 10 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and closes when the party stops, as late as 6 a.m.
