Switch..the Walls and Ceiling dramatically change every 20 minutes! The Menu..Steak and Seafood with an Italian and French influence. The choices are very Eclectic...Steak and Seafood Fresh and Top of the Line..Foie Gras, Dover Sole, Kobi Beef,Rabbit,Home Made Pasta's making this restaurant at Encore a Great choice for large groups with different Tastes!
The Switch Bar, located in front of the Restaurant, features a wonderful Menu of Speciality Cocktails, Wines and is noted for its Burbon selections.
The Dress Code is Strictly enforced and Jackets for Gentlemen are provided...Making Switch a destination dining experience for all those Special Celebrations! Reservations are encouraged.
