Piero Selvaggio has been called the country's best Italian restaurant owner. The menu, created by James Beard Award-winning Executive Chef Luciano Pellegrini, features an array of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine that includes a variety of homemade pasta dishes, entrees and desserts. Its wine list has received Wine Spectator magazines coveted “Grand Award” since 2002 and features more than 2,400 selections with choices for both the connoisseur and novice alike. The restaurant offers a variety of tasting menus, pre-theater options and standard a la carte dining in both the formal dining room and the more casual “Grill” room.
The Grill operates from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. The restaurant's hours of operation are from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The lounge hours are from 11:30 a.m. until late night. Valentino is listed among the top 10 in the book “Eating Las Vegas 2013: The 50 Essential Restaurants.”
