Carnitas, chili cheese chips, and stuffed quesadillas. These are the three best things on the Yayo menu in my opinion. Not to mention the special items made especial by Miguel and Maria, such as sweet plaintain chips and homemade-style flan.
Then there's the diverse musical acts throughout the week, cheap beers, swanky beers, and a wide range of tequilas. It can be hard to find from the road, but it is one of the best cantinas in the area around Maryland Parkway.

This is a funky, college hangout that serves small, but very tasty street tacos. We shared a platter of pollo, carnitas and (2) pastor tacos. 3 out of a possible 5 Forks.

We each ordered a pair of al pastor tacos topped with cilantro, pineapple and onion with a squeeze of lime plus taco chips and black beans. The weather was so pleasant we ended up dining on the patio. 3.5 Forks out of a possible 5.

We ordered 4 pastor tacos and a flan. The day was beautiful so we dined on wooden tables set outside overlooking the parking lot. The tacos were amply filled, but the pork was less than tender. We fared better with the flan which was smooth and silky.
