The next best thing to being in Italy is dining at Zeffirino, which imports the majority of its ingredients, decor, chefs and staff from Italy and bakes its bread and desserts on premises. With balcony dining overlooking the Grand Canal, a wine cellar and a 40-foot handcrafted bar, Zeffirino is an aesthetically-pleasing space. Chef Gian Paolo Belloni, son of Italian chef and restaurant namesake Zefferino, has garnered numerous awards including the elite Escoffier Ward.
