STOMP Out Loud and Yolos’ official drawing rules and restriction:
All web entries must be completed by 06/25/08. The promotion is open to only legal residents of the U.S who are at least 21 years of age and with a valid driver’s license at the time of entry. By participation in the drawing, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Rules and decisions of STOMP Out Loud and Yolos, which are binding in all matters related to the drawing. Employees of Greenspun Media Group, Base Entertainment and affiliates are not eligible for entry. Limit 1 entry per person in the event of a dispute the first entry will be considered the only valid entry received. Ten (10) winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted prior to the event, from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted by phone on 6/26/08 and must accept the prize within 24 hours of the phone notification in order to be eligible. Prize is redeemable at STOMP Out Loud located in The Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino of Las Vegas on 06/28/08 for the 7pm show. Dinner will follow the meet and greet after the show at Yolos also located in The Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino. The prize may not be transferred or assigned and can only be redeemed where stated. Prize is not redeemable for cash or substituted in any other form, it is as is. Winners must provide their own transportation to and from STOMP Out Loud in order to redeem the prize. Winners will be responsible for alcohol, gratuity and any other expenses outside of the awarded prize Any Winner that fails to comply with any of the required official rules set forth herein, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected. Any and all disputes, claims and cause of action arising out of or connected with the contest or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court locations in Las Vegas, NV.
