When you put those two in a gentlemen's club, you'll find dancers tend to make more money than prior to the surgery. A dancer's attitude is probably a better correlation to their income than other professions (say cocktail waitress, sales, customer service, etc).
I'm not a fan of the augmentation but there are reasons for doing it: if they sag, they don't look good. Or if you happen to lose one or both due to cancer. I think in both cases you have self esteem issues that augmentation will help solve.
