I left Vegas two years ago, and haven't looked back. I miss the Vegas nightclub scene, although I was never really a part of the "in crowd." However, I knew enough people who were in "the scene," and I enjoyed the perks such associations brought.
It's good to live where there is an abundance of culture, where people are friendly, and it's easy to have intelligent conversation. But once Vegas gets into your soul, it's hard to let go.
