Some food for thought. I own a wine shop in Columbia Maryland and share a wine rep with Bryan Voltaggio. My rep was telling me that he (Bryan) always orders heavy for viewing parties on Wednesday nights but the order for the night of the finale was VERY heavy in Champagne.
