He CAN't carry a gun as geing a CONVICTED FELON with MANY stints in jail for strong arm burglaries and drugs. They most certainly COULD hold this business without picking up the SMALL amount of THEIR OWN skips as you DON'T understand the Bail process, system, collaterals, etc, etc. He has NEVER come NEAR capturing 7000 skips in his lifetime as this would be litteraly IMPOSSIBLE.
