If you want to save a few dollars, get there before 8:00 PM Vegas time. If you go on Friday or Saturday night, expect the club to be very crowded. They don't serve frozen drinks or dark beer. There is also no food served at this place, but there is a TV.
After the waitress brings you your drink, she might ask for a high tip. That's happened to me a few times when I've gone to that place. So watch out for that.
Usually the more ugly women will come up to you pretty quickly as you enter, trying to get you to buy a lap dance from them. If you want a lap dance from a good looking one, you usually sometimes have to approach them.
I'd leave sunglasses, baseball caps, rings, etc, etc...at your hotel room. Or if you do bring your stuff in there...don't set them down anywhere. Keep em' on you.
I wouldn't go into the V.I.P. room for a 35 dollar lap dance. Tell them you want a dance on the left side of the main area which is a service they do offer for 25 dollars. Not many of them tell you about it though. The time of the lap dance in either area is also exactly the same.
You also have more privacy by getting your dance at a booth. Sure, you're getting a lap dance out in the public, but in the V.I.P. room, you have other guys not sitting far from you. When I got dances out in the open, there was no one sitting next to me or near me. I felt more alone there then in the V.I.P. room which is also ultra dark, so you can barely see. If you go on a Friday or Saturday night, you will have a lot of guys around you regardless of rather you're in the V.I.P. room or the booth.
You can either pay for your dance with cash, or there's this other service called "stripper dollars", but basically they have this little set up in the club where you give them your credit or debut card and tell them how much stripper dollars you want, they give it to you, then your card gets charged for it. Those are the only two ways I know how you can pay.
They also have an ATM machine there if you want to get more cash...but why would you wanna do that? That should be called the suckers machine. Like I said, it's important to be prepared BEFORE you go. So I wouldn't even go near that machine. There's a big fee to use it. There are also no other services available other then lap dances or watching the girls dance on the stage.
There's an older African-American man named John who looks a lot like James Brown that is the bathroom attendant. He's a very nice man, but he is a bit of a talker. But he does have some GREAT stories. He also has an assortment of breath mints and cologne for you to sample too, as well as other little goodies. Free, but it'd be a good idea to tip if you use em'.
The Glitter Gulch is no different then the games at the casinos....you're pretty much taking a big gamble by going there. You could have fun or you may not.
