I've read this book about 3 months ago, way before it got this much attention. Very well done. Very graphic, moving and powerful. But what I find shockingly appalling is that the critic gave Mccormick's book a 2 1/2 star rating. What the hell is up with that??? If I was Jane, I would be pissed out of my head. Sorry. Because this was a total 5 star book and the Weekly knows it. Obviously, the critic who had the nerve to give her book a poor rating DID NOT read the whole story from the very beginning to end. I mean I don't get it. How can you LV Weekly people miss out on the most horrifying and nauseating part of the book, when she performs a "do-it-yourself" abortion. No other prostitute biography can top that. If McCormick's non-fiction bio wasn't good enough for you LV Weekly people, then you absolutely don't know what a good piece of art is.
I am so sick AND tired of these old broads trying to get with little boys in their 20's or younger. It makes my blood boil. Why are they so desperate into
keeping themselves young? There are many ways Miss Fuddy Duddy can keep young at
heart, for example picking up a Vogue or Allure magazine for start. I mean, these 20 something year old men can't even keep their weiner in their pants. They're bound to cheat on ol' grandma. Secondly, these pathetic ass young guys
need to stop. I don't know what makes them think that hooking up w/ an older woman is gonna be way better than dating someone their own age. I like to wish them good luck on tolerating a 53 yr. old woman, going through menopause.
Constantly complaining about her hot flashes and not to mention, throwing her monstrous temper tantrums every other hour. I don't care what people say: AGE IS A NUMBER. So this is for the ladies of the Old Dames Convention, keep dreamin'.
Shoot, I can't wait to turn my big 4-0. I'll be dogging 20 year old boys left and right. Cougar Convention, WHAT'S NEXT?? Black Fellas Hooking Up With White Chicks Convention? Hah ha ha hah.
