Well, Mr. Jacobson, perhaps our tastes and opinions are not those of a "food critic" like you, but speaking as just normal folks who enjoy good food, a friendly atmosphere, and great service, when we go out to dine....you sir, in our humble opinion, are all wet !!
We found the quality of all of the food to be very good, and the decor and atmosphere at The Edge of Town, to be very pleasant and comfortable. And, where these days, do you find it very commonplace for the owner, and or the chef, to stop by your table and get acquainted, and treat you like you are part of the family ? It certainly happens frequently at this fine establishment....a nice touch that patrons appreciate ! (I think its called "the personal touch")
Granted, your "review" of the Bread Pudding was right on, but most of your other comments were....well lets say "your opinion" which we suspect will not be shared by the majority.
So, in conclusion, we would like to say..."thanks, but no thanks, for your opinion of The Edge of Town !" We are already frequent diners at this great restaurant, and we plan to keep on enjoying it for a long time.
