great piece of "journalism" here... I didn't know the Weekly was writing puff pieces for politicians these days.

Excellent backstory to the book. Also, the most intelligent thing I think I've ever read in/on the Weekly. Great job!

Maybe one day...just once.. people in this town will get the idea out of their head that someone else's property and freedom should be up for them to dispute in some legal proceeding. Do these other business owners even own the properties they are running their very small businesses from? This person - good personality or irritability aside - owns a multimillion dollar piece of real estate that he's trying to make financially viable in a very difficult economic environment. How would you feel about it if that were your property? Where does someone else's ideas and dreams end and your rights as a property owner begin?

Come on, Moby. I've been a fan of yours since the early rave years, but when you're wrong you're wrong. The music industry is made up of all sorts of people and artists are almost expected to be anti-war. The fact is that the music you (and system of a down, for that matter) have been producing in that time period - well, it just wasn't a great period for you, musically. If you didn't tour it wasn't because you were "gray-listed" - it was because you didn't choose to.
