If a 'minor hit' is a number two single that takes home 2 grammys (One Headlight) followed by 3 more top ten hits (6th Avenue Heartache, The Difference, Heroes) and an album (Bringing Down the Horse) that sold over 4 million copies then you are correct (by the way Blood On the Tracks has sold 2 million copies over 33 years)
