I remember fondly the Stepchild of the Arts from the old Gayety Theater in Baltimore back in my army days in the 1960s. Long live the lovely ladies!!

The Stepchild of the Arts has a long and glorious history, rooted in the actual burlesque theatres. I remember watching shows in the old Gayety Burlesque in Baltimore when I was a simple Army private. Dita and groups like the Pussycat Dolls are bringing back those grand old days. It is hopeful that they still find an audience. We look to the young dancers like you to carry on the tradition.
