In addition to the $50K judgement and the 120K "accounting error ruling against him Lerner also has two private reprimands and one public reprimand from the State Bar on his record for using non-licensed staff on important client case work.
Mr. Lerner...what reaction do you expect from people when you where a cross on your chest, falsely claim to work closely with clients, have a record with the State Bar, have been run out of Washoe County as an attorney, live in a $5M dollar house yet claim to be humble as a God fearing man....Puh lease!!!!!
I'll pay attention when you start publically refunding all the money since '98 that you've "legally" stolen from clients...until then, STOP using the Lord's name in vain for you personal PR campaign!
