As far as dog carrying firearm he is a felon. His kids can't carry guns either because dog can be charged with a felon in constructive possession of a firearm. This means he doesn't need to have it on his person to be charged, he just can have access to or be near a firearm. As far as AL carrying a firearm, i believe it is smart of him. So what if he kills a murderer, rapist and so on. Pump there @ss full of hot lead and save hard working americans from wasted tax dollars and put it back in our education system. You have to know out in the streets its kill or be killed. But i also agree with giving these bea's the proper education to properly execute the duties they are hired to preform and bring a sense professionalism to the trade.
