I have been a fan from afar of this band for many years. I got turned on to Left Standing when my boyfriend had the CD "Life In Stereo" years ago. I recently picked up their new CD "What It Takes" and all I can say is WHAT WENT WRONG? This band has gone from being an edgy punk-alt-rock group to puss wimp rock. I read they got signed to this record label, so did they water-down their sound for the label? They are not rock, more like mushy love songs. PLEASE! Why do bands sell out like this when they get signed! Everyone was really excited for Left Standing, they would be the next Killers or Panic! at the Disco from Vegas. Now this CD sounds like...YUK! Please guys please go back to your original rock sound, don't try to be another wimpy wannabe band just to get out of Vegas and get on the national spotlight! I want my money back for this CD!
