This happened to my husband (yes I believe him) in Tampa. They charged $300 3 times within what they say was 1/2 hour. Still trying to dispute the charge, but losing at this point. They have signatures that look nothing like my husbands, but he was so drunk. He knows he only took money out once, but not sure if he signed 3 times or not. The copies of the credit receipts are so light you cannot read the times, it is on their other slip that they have put the times on.They only copied his card and license once-you can tell it's an identical copy. Who knows what time it really was that he signed these slips-could have been within moments of each other or not. Any ideas on how to fight it. Hubby is willing to let it hit our credit report as unpaid. I'm afraid VISA will get a judgement on us. Our credit is over 800...afraid of this. Any advice???
