Thanks for breaking this overwhelmingly awful story. The magnitude of ongoing terror spread accross the city by Dipak Desai to save a few pennies is staggering. I dont know why this story is not on page one every single day until this criminal is brought to justice, and stronger controls are enforced to prevent this tragedy in the future. This story should be taught in every single medical school and nursing school as a preventative measure.
