I totally love Hip Chainey's 2006 CD, unimaginatively titled "The Songs Vol. III", would like to report that most of Hip's songs really do grow on you. I love his easy going mellow style, what I might classify as alternative acoustic pop. His tunes are catchy and memorable, if a bit unpolished. "A Cup of Tea" is worthy of a download. Much of Chainey's work is reminiscent of a cross of Bob Dylan and Loudon Wainwright III.

Steve Freiss, I sense a certain frustration in your digging up the truth behind this fateful event which effectively ended the immensely popular Siegfried and Roy show. I appreciate your straight-out telling of the facts behind the Roy Horn "incident," as Siegfried and Roy now prefer to call the onstage tiger attack. There was an obvious tendency, protective but unnecessary, by those involved with the show and even a wider circle as you indicate to cover up or alter some of the facts of that night, apparently to put a publicly acceptable spin on this unavoidably gruesome attack from the time it happened to the many retellings. Thank you for your straightforward reporting style which this story so desperately needs.
