Every Halloween Kevin Cooney and his brother Chris hit the Las Vegas Strip in homemade costumes that rival Hollywood in their complexity and size. Last year the brothers went seven for seven in big dollar costume contests dressed as Optimus Prime from Transformers. This year they've taken Pure's heroes and villains theme to heart, starting work on Robocop and Robocain during the summer to have their unbelievable outfits ready for October 31.
