Summer stretches into a five-month serial Spring Break at Rehab, the biggest, barest pool party in Las Vegas, each Sunday at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Rehab has transformed Vegas nightlife into daylife, and behaviors normally hidden by cover of night are fully exposed beneath the blazing desert sun. This party has an unspoken undress code: Bikinis and heels for women, six-packs and surf shorts for guys. For both, it's a plus to be tanned, toned and top-heavy.
