Watch the students at Las Vegas' International Academy of Design & Technology create Halloween costumes modeled after their favorite couture designer. From masquerade ballgowns to Little Red Riding Hood, the costumes made their debut this weekend at Fashion Show Mall for the Halloween Couture Fashion Show.
