Comedian Carlos Mencia sits down with Las Vegas Magazine reporter Kiko Miyasato to talk about his favorite things to see and do around Las Vegas, and how he hopes his comedy will bring perspective to people in 2010. Mencia will be performing his stand-up routine at Treasure Island on Feb. 12.
