Zarkana, the show Time magazine proclaimed “the show of the summer,” is heading to Las Vegas. The acrobatic rock opera that combines the surreal with circus acts done by off-the-wall characters comes to Aria in November, replacing Cirque's current show there, Viva Elvis.

The show, written and directed by Francois Girard, follows a magician named Zark, who is on a quest to regain his powers and the love of his life. Set in an abandoned theater, it features juggling, highwire, flying triple trapeze and much more performed by more than 75 international artists to leave the audience suspenseful and unsure of what is real and imaginary. Zarkana has already seen enormous success at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, Arena Madrid and Moscow’s Kremlin State Palace Theater.
