Witness one of Japan’s most revered culinary traditions as Chef Winston Matsuuchi and his team present a live Bluefin Tuna Cutting Experience featuring a 200-pound tuna, live taiko drummers and an extraordinary eight-course dinner. Guests will see the fish expertly broken down using traditional knives, a saw and even a samurai sword—transforming each cut into courses served in real time.
This immersive dining performance includes sake pairings and dishes that honor every part of the fish, from toro and cheek to the delicate marrow. Seating is limited; tickets are available until Friday, Nov. 7. Click HERE for tickets.
