Holiday Cactus Garden Lights & Opening Night:

Celebrate the magic of the holidays with Ethel M Chocolates for the 32nd Annual Holiday Cactus Garden Lights at the Flagship Store in Henderson, Nevada.

The opening ceremony takes place on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 5 p.m. PT, and features an evening filled with sparking lights, festive snowfall and a special appearance by Santa himself! This year, the lights will turn on at 5:18 p.m. PT.

With over one million dazzling lights, the Annual Holiday Cactus Garden Lights is the perfect, festive activity for families and friends to make memories and capture Instagram-able moments throughout the most wonderful time of the year:

The garden will be open from Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, through Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026, starting at 5 p.m. PT.

Sweet treats will be available for purchase at the Garden Café, including Mexican Hot Chocolate, Peppermint Hot Chocolate and a signature Gourmet Hot Chocolate. For those 21+, a bar will be open on select nights featuring signature cocktails and a Merry Mocktail.

Santa Claus will also be on site nightly for festive photos through Dec. 23, with photography packages starting at $35.

Admission information:
Guests will receive free admission to the garden on opening night, Nov. 6.
Beginning Nov. 7, the garden entry fee is $3.00 per person.
Half of all proceeds benefit local Las Vegas organizations, Three Square Food Bank and HELP of Southern Nevada.
The entrance fee will be waived for guests over 65 and under 2.

Ethel M Chocolates is bringing back its highly anticipated Stay and Play events to celebrate the season, including:

Movie Nights in the Cactus Garden – Ethel M Chocolates will show a variety of family-friendly holiday movies throughout the season. Guests are encouraged to make reservations on EthelM.com with walk-ins welcome based on availability. Admission is $5 per person and includes entry to the garden. Saturday, November 22 at 7 p.m. – The Nightmare Before Christmas
Saturday, December 6 at 7 p.m. – The Santa Clause 1
Saturday, December 13 at 7 p.m. – The Santa Clause 2

Veterans Appreciation Night – Veterans will receive complimentary entrance to the Annual Holiday Cactus Garden Lights on Tuesday, Nov. 11 with a valid ID. Veterans will also receive a 15% discount on any purchase in store.

Henderson Silver Knights Night – Let’s celebrate hockey in the desert! Any guests wearing Golden Knights or Silver Knights gear will receive complimentary entry to the garden on Friday, Nov. 14. Plus, don’t miss the chance to meet the Silver Knights mascot, Lucky, in person!

Snowy Nights – Join Ethel M Chocolates for one last magical night of snow in the Cactus Garden on Tuesday, Dec. 30 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Capture the enchanting moment with a photo and enjoy face painting with the Snow Queen!

Limited-Edition Holiday Chocolate Tastings
The holidays would not be complete without treating yourself or loved ones to a Limited-Edition Holiday Chocolate Tasting, offered daily at the Flagship Store. Each tasting features seasonally crafted chocolates – Peppermint Silk, Bananas Foster, Sea Salt Caramel, Brownie Batter Truffle and Lemon Satin Crème – which can be paired with wine for guests 21+. In-store tastings are $35 for an experience without wine or $45 with wine and can be booked on EthelM.com. Following a booked tasting, guests will receive free front-of-the-line access to the Holiday Cactus Garden Lights.
