The secret life of … pool party-staffers during the winter

Even patio furniture has to come inside during the inclement winter months. We’re not advocating throwing an all-weather cover over the staff of Vegas’ pools, but we are kind of wondering what happens to all those bodacious, beachy bods when the weather gets chilly and the parties come to an end. Wet Republic host Travis Zipper reports that you may now find him at Tabu and Late Night 54 afterhours at Studio 54 until the pool opens again mid-March. Shannon DuPont, executive host at Rehab will come inside for winter to prepare for the 2009, Rehab's sixth season. Rehab senior VIP host Johnny Theiss will slide over to Wasted Space as a special event producer there. Venus pool manager David Leanos will be making waves at Pure this winter, while Bare marketing director Kalika Moquin will be taking on a new role in local customer development, focusing on The Bank’s industry/local Sundays. Green Valley Ranch assistant food and beverage director Michael Waltman adds that one of The Pond’s VIP cabana hosts has been reassigned to Ovation’s Monday Night Football party series as a “Naughty Referee.”

No need to explain, Mike. We’ll just use our imaginations.
