Noriko Takahashi says she sometimes gets recognized in Japan even without her makeup. Her role—the baton-twirling daughter of the chief archer—is a natural fit. Being onstage is another matter. “I am shy in front of audiences,” she explains. “It’s a big challenge for me.” KÀ, Tuesday-Saturday (dark May 10-18), 7 & 9:30 p.m., $69-$150 (kids $34.50-$75).
