It’s not our fault—really!

Just for once, can’t Las Vegas NOT be somehow involved in the latest scandals? First it was Rachel Uchitel, who’s making the TMZ rounds as the alleged girlfriend of fire hydrant-abuser Tiger Woods. Uchitel works as a club promoter in Las Vegas and New York, a career that started in Las Vegas in 2004, and rumors of romantic links to celebrities have persisted since then. Then it was Tony Romo, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, who’s taking heat for partying in Las Vegas over the weekend, even though he apparently has back problems. If he doesn’t take his team to the Super Bowl, we may become this year’s Jessica Simpson.
